Now Hiring: Scoopers & Baristas (Seasonal/Part-Time)

The warmer weather is upon us which means we’re looking for energetic, reliable, and friendly folks to join our team for the upcoming season!

What You’ll Do:

  • The Scoop: Master the art of the perfect scoop (yes, it’s a workout for the forearms!).

  • The Brew: Pull shots and steam milk to create top-tier coffee drinks.

  • The Hospitality: Greet every guest kindly and help them navigate our menu.

  • The Shine: Keep the shop looking sharp—cleaning, stocking, and organizing are part of the flow.

What You Bring:

  • A positive, "can-do" attitude.

  • Availability for evenings & weekends between May-September 

  • Ability to stay cool (pun intended) during a busy rush.

  • Previous barista or food service experience is a plus, but if you’re a quick learner with a great personality, we’ll train you on the rest!

Seasonal Kitchen Production Team Member (Part-Time)

8–24 hrs/week | Must be available to work around holidays.

We’re looking for a reliable, part-time team member to support our production kitchen during our busiest season. This role complements our existing team and is ideal for someone with some kitchen or baking experience who prefers part-time, hands-on work.

What you’ll do:

  • Make ice cream bases and spin ice cream (training provided)

  • Bake cookies and prepare mix-ins by following recipes

  • Help assemble and decorate products

  • Work occasional offsite production days (University of Manitoba)

  • Keep your workspace clean and organized

What to expect:

  • Fast-paced, busy summer production environment

  • A mix of repetitive tasks and detail-oriented finishing work

  • Independent work, often working solo once trained

You are:

  • Available at least one week day and one weekend, and most holidays (leading up to Canada day a must)

  • Available to be scheduled between 12 pm- 10 pm

  • Comfortable working independently and staying organized

  • Able to follow recipes accurately and work efficiently

  • Experienced in a kitchen or confident home baker

  • Reliable, consistent, and comfortable with repetition

  • Able to travel to offsite production days
